KRISTA DETOR ON PBS

Indiana Public Television's Special feature - The Making of Wilderness Plots - has been picked up by PBS National, and will be featured on many affiliate stations (40 to date).  The feature is roughly one hour long, and highlights the songwriters (Krista Detor, Carrie Newcomer, Tim Grimm, Tom Roznowski and Michael White) and author Scott Russell Sanders in the process of both the creation of the collection of short stories 'Wilderness Plots,' the music inspired by the work, and subsequent stage show which continues to tour the American MidWest.

KRISTA DETOR ON BBC
In March of 2009, Krista Detor will be one of 8 songwriters (and one of only 2 Americans) brought together to commemorate the 200th Anniversary of Charles Darwin's birth - in a collaborative effort known as 'The Darwin Song Project.'  This week-long collaboration will take place in a 16th century farmhouse in Shrewsbury, England, and will culminate in a concert at the newly built Theatre Severn in Shrewsbury.  The BBC will be on-hand to tape a 1/2 hour special for broadcast in the weeks following the concert.

NEW GRAMMY® NOMINATION !
The Recording Academy has nominated Tom's 2008 album Comedians & Angels for a Grammy® in the category of Best Traditional Folk Album. Nominees for the 51st Annual GRAMMY Awards were announced on December 3rd. The awards ceremony will be nationally televised on Feb. 8, 2009 (8–11:30 p.m. ET/PT).
